March update: We have made a number of changes including:
- You can click on highlighted subject terms in the full record display to start a new search for that subject.
- There is now a Holdings display: in the result list select the name of a holding library to see location details and any local notes relating to the library's copy of the document.
- You can carry out complex searches by combining terms in specific fields with Boolean operators. Details are included in the Help
- We are continuing to add new contributors and there is now a summary below of what data has been loaded.
The Library Hub Discover pilot service includes a limited subset of the catalogues contributed to the National Bibliographic Knowledgebase and uses the initial elements of our new interface designs. We will be increasing the range of facilities and the number of contributing libraries over coming months. Once the Library Hub Discover moves into service this summer it will supersede both Copac and SUNCAT building on the success of these services to create a more complete view of the UK academic and research library distributed collection. See About for a list of contributing libraries and full details of the forthcoming new service. Our FAQ gives further detail.
Library Hub Discover currently contains 30,258,677 records created from 58,551,507 records contributed by 65 institutions.
